Case of Need for New Hotel at Oxfordshire Golf Club



Preparation of a case of need for planning application for a new 50 bed hotel at the Oxfordshire Golf Club in Thame. A telephone survey of local businesses was undertaken to ascertain levels of demand in the area, and site visits were taken to a number of nearby hotels to understand current accommodation stock and levels of business. This was set against a review of local planning, tourism and economic development policies and a review of golf tourism.
