These reports are the outputs of a series of short consultancies provided to seven London Boroughs during the Summer of 2011 through a London & Partners (L&P) scheme to offer free marketing surgeries to London Boroughs. The scheme has now ended but ran annually for six years from 2006 – 2011 funded through a grant made to L&P by London Councils. The Tourism Company was commissioned to undertake the 2011 marketing surgeries on behalf of London & Partners, a job we also did in 2006 through to 2009.
