In 2016/2017 we have been working with French consultants MaHoC on assessment of the UK market for a range of destinations in France. This has involved recruiting and facilitating focus groups to identify perceptions and reactions to the destinations in order to guide future product development and marketing. Destinations have included Tours Val de Loire, Calvados and the overseas territory of New Caledonia.
