The Tourism Company is delighted to be associated with THE BLOODHOUND Project. The Project - which aims to break the world land speed record by achieving 1,000mph - is an iconic adventure that will push technology to its limit. In trying to set what research suggests may be the ultimate land speed record, a team of British engineer, designers, mathematicians and technologists hope to tell a new story of science that will fascinate and inspire all those who hear it. This is a once in a lifetime opportunity to inspire the next generation of scientists and engineers, the second but equal goal of the Project.

The vehicle will be constructed in Bristol. Educational groups, club members and sponsors will be able to visit the site, learn more about the Project, talk to those involved - and see the car as it takes shape. The Tourism Company is helping to plan the visitor facilities and the exhibition on site.

Do take a look at the BLOODHOUND PROJECT website, become part of the team by joining the 1K CLUB and benefit from privileged access to everything that is going on and live the experience as it happens.
