Warwick Visitor Audit

We undertook an independent audit of the visitor experience in Warwickon behalf of a partnership of local authorities led by Warwick District Council. This has looked at how Warwick communicates its offer and provides information to visitors, together with a review of the quality of the experience on the ground from the perspective of a new visitor. Improving visitor welcome and experience is a key aim of the Destination Management Plan.
