Tourism Marketing for Hampshire Museums

A group of key museum and archive organisations in Hampshire and Isle of Wight (collectively known as the Hampshire-Solent Alliance) came together to work on a number of initiatives, one of which was joint tourism marketing.  The Tourism Company, together with consultants SAM and Culture 24, were brought in by Hampshire County Council to develop a strategy and action plan for growth and to help project manage the resulting campaign.
